We welcomed Rachel to the firm… as a trainee solicitor in April 2022 and is currently sitting in Commercial Conveyancing department. Rachel studied law at the University of Leeds and graduated in July 2019.  Rachel has worked as a Legal Assistant within the Employment and Family teams at another firm before going on to complete her Legal Practice Course at Manchester Metropolitan University.

Key areas of expertise include…Rachel has worked in Property department and has already dealt with a variety of residential conveyancing matters during the start of her training contract.  Rachel has previously sat in our dispute resolution department working on a vast amount of civil disputes and has just recently completed a 6 month seat across our Corporate, Commercial and Employment department.  During this time, she has worked on various business sales and acquisitions, corporate restructurings and assisting Shiva (Head of Employment) in a number of business support matters dealing with but not limited to TUPE, redundancy, restrictive covenant issues and various settlement agreements.

She fits in because… she is hardworking, approachable and enjoys the work that she does.

At the end of the day… Rachel enjoys cooking homemade food and trying different cuisine, going to the gym and socialising with her friends and family.
