Excellent experience start to finish – always very responsive to any queries and the turnaround on the property I was buying was very quick, even in the busy time leading up to stamp duty deadline. Jenny was always very helpful and went above and beyond to close on a short timescale.
Davis Blank Furniss recently acted in a deal that saw the Lawton & Lauriston Court Hotel in Llandudno sold to Four Saints Hotels which owns and operates a number of other hotels in North Wales.
Davis Blank Furniss represented Four Saints Hotels and delivered a range of legal services. The team was led by Sonio Singh, who is a partner and head of the corporate team. He was assisted by colleague Lauren Sever. Rhiannon Turner handled the property elements of the transaction, whilst Shiva Shadi focused on employment matters.
The Lawton & Lauriston Court Hotel is situated in a prominent location close to the famous pier, overlooking Llandudno Bay. Llandudno is one of North Wales premier leisure destinations with a vibrant mix of tourist attractions, leisure activities, retailers and restaurants. The Victorian seafront hotel was formed from three terraced properties which were amalgamated to create an impressive and well-presented, 35-bedroom character hotel.
Sonio said: “We were delighted to work closely with Four Saints Hotels on this exciting acquisition as they continue to bolster their portfolio in North Wales. We wish them every success.”
Graham + Sibbald acted as property consultants.
