Davis Blank Furniss – the Manchester based law firm – is further building its core team after appointing Caroline Smith to its Dispute Resolution Department as a solicitor.
Caroline has been a trainee solicitor at Davis Blank Furniss since March 2011 and her new role follows the successful completion of her training contract. She will now work with and support her colleagues Andrew Ryan and Claire Smith in all aspects of commercial litigation, including; debt recovery, injunctive relief, shareholder and directors’ disputes, general contractual disputes, property litigation and terms and conditions disputes. She will also be handling her own caseload of work.
Prior to joining Davis Blank Furniss, Caroline worked at Forbes Solicitors as a paralegal in its Defendant Insurance Department.
