Excellent experience start to finish – always very responsive to any queries and the turnaround on the property I was buying was very quick, even in the busy time leading up to stamp duty deadline. Jenny was always very helpful and went above and beyond to close on a short timescale.
Davis Blank Furniss is increasing its commercial property law services to local businesses in the Glossop and High Peak areas following the redeployment of one of its key partners from the firm’s Manchester HQ to its Ellison Street office two days a week.
Richard Hamilton, who became a partner in 2008, will now work from Glossop every Wednesday and Thursday and he will be offering a variety of core commercial property services including commercial leases (acting for both landlord or tenant), sales, purchases, mortgages and SIPP transfers. He will also be providing initial free consultations for new clients – either in person or over the phone. In addition, his work will be on a fixed fee which means clients will have 100% clarity on how much jobs will cost.
Thanks to his years of experience, Richard’s skills can be tailored to meet the needs of businesses of all sizes; from individuals, sole traders and SMEs to much larger companies including those operating in the retail, industrial, manufacturing and healthcare sectors.
Richard commented: “Davis Blank Furniss has had a presence in Glossop for decades. The town – and wider area – boasts a buoyant and diverse business community so it seemed like a natural evolution for me to split my time between our two offices. My aim is to really immerse myself in the locale so I understand its commercial property needs and demands.”
