Corporate and commercial lawyer Sonio Singh has been promoted to equity partner along with family lawyers Caroline Bilous and Kirsty Morbey who become partners.
Sonio joined Davis Blank Furniss in 2010. He specialises in a diverse range of corporate finance and corporate recovery matters including mergers and acquisitions, reverse takeovers, buying and selling businesses, private equity and corporate governance work, company re-organisations and business start-ups. His clients include quoted companies, SMEs/OMBs, equity houses and high net worth individuals in a number of sectors including healthcare, logistics, retail and leisure.
Kirsty has worked at the Glossop office since 2013 whilst Caroline joined the Manchester team in 2016. They are both collaborative trained lawyers and act on behalf of clients seeking advice and assistance in relation to family matters including divorce, civil partnership dissolution, nullity, financial proceedings and children proceedings.
