Richard is the head of our Manchester based team. He trained with the firm before qualifying into the conveyancing department in 2003 and became a partner in 2008. Richard is experienced in all aspects of commercial and residential property.
Having qualified as a solicitor in 2011, Jenny joined the firm in 2013 and became a partner in 2019. She is experienced in all aspects of property work; especially the sales, purchases and re-mortgages of residential properties.
Amie qualified as a solicitor in 1994 and has been providing legal services predominantly to the Chinese community in the North West of England since then. She joined the firm as a Senior Consultant in April 2018.
We welcomed Rosie to the firm in as a trainee in 2014. Since qualifying Rosie spent a few years practicing in the wider legal market at JMW and Pannone and returned to the fold as a partner in 2022.
We welcomed Rhiannon to the firm… as a trainee solicitor in October 2020. She qualified as a solicitor in April 2022. Rhiannon studied law at the University of Birmingham and graduated in July 2015. She worked as a health and safety consultant before going on to complete her Legal Practice Course and Masters at the University of Law in Manchester.
We welcomed Craig to the firm in 2023 as an Associate in the Residential Conveyancing Department. His key areas of experience include all aspects of residential property, including the purchases and sales of both leasehold and freehold properties (flats, houses, newbuilds, right to buys, help to buys and shared ownership), remortgages and Transfers of Equity.
A Trainee Solicitor spends six months in the Residential Conveyancing department at our Manchester office during their two year training contract at Davis Blank Furniss. The Trainee Solicitor works under the direct supervision of Richard Hamilton.
Kirsty qualified in 2020 and joined us later that year as an assistant solicitor. She is experienced in all aspects of residential property law including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, leasehold, as well as freehold and new build matters.
As a member of the Glossop office for over 20 years, Emma has progressed to the role of Paralegal having joined us as an Office Junior in 1997. Now principally working alongside Martyn Gee, Emma deals with all aspects of residential conveyancing.
