We welcomed Craig to the firm… in 2023 as an Associate in the Residential Conveyancing Department.

His key areas of experience… include all aspects of residential property, including the purchases and sales of both leasehold and freehold properties (flats, houses, newbuilds, right to buys, help to buys and shared ownership), remortgages and Transfers of Equity.

He fits in because… he maintains an excellent rapport with both clients and staff. He is also highly approachable and keeps calm even in the most high-pressured situations.

At the end of the day… Craig enjoys travelling, is an avid fitness enthusiast and enjoys long walks with his rescue dog, Rex. He is also a staunch support of Manchester United which some of City-leaning colleagues have a slight issue with!
