We welcomed Karen to the firm… as a Solicitor in the Corporate and Commercial Department in January 2025. Karen studied law at The University of Hong Kong and graduated in August 2019, then obtained Postgraduate Certificate in Law also at The University of Hong Kong in August 2021. She soon qualified as a Solicitor in Hong Kong in September 2023, and further qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales in May 2024. Having moved from Hong Kong to the UK in March 2024, Karen has practiced on both sides.

Key areas of experience include… various aspects of corporate and commercial matters, including sale and acquisitions of companies and/or business assets (acting for both buyers and sellers), restructures, review and drafting of corporate documents and/or commercial contracts.

She fits in because… she enjoys solving legal puzzles to bring solutions to clients.

At the end of the day… Karen starts looking at maps and plans for the next trip and adventure amongst the nature.
