About Lauren Sever

We welcomed Lauren… to the firm in March 2017.  Lauren studied Law at the College of Law (now the University of Law) in Manchester on a two-year accelerated degree course before continuing to study the LPC there.  Prior to starting at Davis Blank Furniss, Lauren worked as a paralegal in a large commercial firm in Manchester.  She qualified as a solicitor in September 2019.

Key areas of expertise include… Lauren qualified as a solicitor in our Corporate, Commercial and Employment department. She handles an array of matters including Shareholder Agreements, management buy-outs, mergers and acquisitions, sale and purchase of businesses, company successions, company re-organisations, corporate assistance, commercial agreements and terms and conditions.

She fits in because… She is hard working and has a real passion for what she does.  She enjoys solving clients’ problems and trying to achieve the best possible outcome.

At the end of the day…Lauren enjoys watching and playing a range of sports. Lauren can be found planning her next holiday or city break and also enjoys reading and going to the theatre.
