We welcomed Lawrence to the firm…in March 2024 after he relocated to Manchester from Kent upon qualifying as a Solicitor. Before joining us, Lawrence worked in several regional firms based in Southeast England where he gained experience acting for a wide range of clients on a variety of real estate matters.

Key areas of experience include… all areas of commercial real estate including acquisitions and disposals of property and land, commercial landlord and tenant work (including leases) and property finance.

He fits in because… he applies a ‘can-do’ attitude to all situations, tasks and matters that he deals with. Lawrence aims to represent all his clients with enthusiasm, resilience and ambition. He enjoys understanding his clients’ businesses and their business needs, their drivers and what is commercially important to them so that he can help them to achieve the best results for them in every transaction.

At the end of the day… Lawrence enjoys cooking meals, going for city runs and spending time with his moggies, Athena and Margot. At the weekend, Lawrence enjoys long distance cycling when good weather permits.
