We welcomed Richard to the firm… as a trainee in 2001. He quickly made an impression qualifying into the property department in 2003. He became a salaried partner in 2008 and an equity partner in 2010. Richard held the role of finance partner and took over as managing partner in 2023

Key areas of expertise include… all aspects of commercial and residential property, including commercial property sales and purchases (offices, warehouses, retail and licenced premises), all aspects of commercial leases, lender security work, Option Agreements, SIPP and SASS transfers and nationwide sales, purchases and remortgages of residential properties.

He fits in because… he has a great relationship with clients and staff, is calm under pressure and he contributes greatly to the future direction of the firm.

At the end of the day… stuck into life as the father of twins. There isn’t too much time for anything else, but when there is, he enjoys travelling, dog walking, playing football, and is a season ticket holder at Manchester City.
