We welcomed Sarah to the firm…. in September 2021 as a paralegal in the Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence department. She commenced her training contract in April 2022 and qualified into our Dispute Resolution department in October 2023.
Key areas of experience include…. since qualifying Sarah has been involved in a wide variety of commercial and property litigation matters, in both the County Court and High Court. She is regularly instructed to deal with both residential and commercial possession claims, disputes relating to service charges and breach of covenant, and the enforcement of money judgments and possession orders.
She fits in because…. she is hard working and enjoys the challenges and unpredictability of litigation. She maintains a close rapport with clients and always strives to achieve the best outcome
At the end of the day…. Sarah can be found at the gym, cooking, reading or socialising with friends and family. She is a Project Leader at the charity FoodCycle in Salford.
