We welcomed Stuart to the firm… in 1991 when he merged his practice into Davis Blank Furniss.

His key areas of expertise include… delivering results in the areas of commercial law including company, property, partnership, shareholder and employment law and dealing with a host of contracts including joint ventures, computer contracts, supply contracts, and loan agreements.

Stuart is also a member of ARDL (The Association of Regulatory and Disciplinary Lawyers). He acts for a range of professionals who fall foul of their regulatory bodies or otherwise have their fitness to practice challenged.

He fits in because… Stuart has a loyal, and long standing client base of owner managed businesses.

At the end of the day… Stuart relaxes by playing bridge and tennis.
