We welcomed Shiva to the firm… as a trainee and were delighted to make her a partner in 2009.
Key areas of expertise include… acting for employers and senior executives in matters ranging from drafting documentation, company restructuring, senior executive severances and the full range of tribunal claims, including discrimination claims, which also involves appearing at Employment Tribunals on behalf of clients.
Her other area of expertise is corporate immigration advising UK and foreign-based companies on sponsorship applications, as well as, highly skilled migrant workers, working holiday-makers and sole representatives and investors.
She fits in because… her areas of expertise complement each other so well and she develops lasting business relationships with her clients, providing informed opinions, based on a sound understanding of their organisation.
At the end of the day… she goes home to her family – her husband and two children. Stress relief comes in the form of salsa dancing, yoga and travelling, when the opportunity arises.
