But has now returned to her roots!!
Key areas of experience include… all aspects of family law, but particular expertise in dealing with financial aspects arising from relationship breakdown. Kirsty is an expert in pensions on divorce and regularly deals with cases involving high value assets.
She is an experienced court advocate and represents clients at all levels of court proceedings. However, she is also a trained Collaborative lawyer and is committed to promoting alternatives to Court proceedings, as a way to resolve a dispute following a relationship breakdown.
